Pick-Me-Up Papaya Carrot Smoothie

Papaya Smoothie Ingredients

1 cup papaya, diced & frozen

½ cup Carrot Juice

1 cup water

¼ lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon chia

dash sea salt

optional: sweetener of your choosing (such as 1 tablespoon maple, 1 drop liquid stevia)
 

Papaya Smoothie Instructions

1. Cut up papaya when ripe and freeze overnight.

2. Juice carrots or have premade carrot juice on hand.

3. Add all ingredients to blender.

4. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and creamy.

5. Pour most of your smoothie for you and the remaining 1/3 is the perfect serving

size for a little tummy.
